  • *To track your order, you need your order number and email address, if you click the menu button (top left), then you will be on the hub main page - Click "Find an order" Enter your order number and Email address and you will find the tracking link.

  • When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You will also receive SMS and emails notifications from our Courier.

"Is it possible to change my order and how it can be done?"

  • If you have made a mistake on your order or need to change details, contact us immediately at help@beardandbones.co.uk If your order has been dispatched, there is nothing we can do about it.

How can an order be cancelled?
You have to contact us at help@beardandbones.co.uk and we will cancel it. Please include order number and the reason. We ship order very fast.
